I finished my outline of how I think the day of action will look. The day will begin with community service events going on in every neighborhood of the city. The day will end with a concert.
I am also in the process of organizing the organizing committee. I already have a few people excited about joining.
Hopefully, this blog will be a useful way for us to share our thoughts and experiences.

Sean, Thank you for your design of the blog. I have been making headway as well. So far I have had one on ones with teachers and/or strong community contacts in six different southern Oregon towns. I have some office work to do this week and then will head to Portland next week. I believe that I have identified my first two southern Oregon steering committee members and I have prospects in and around Portland.
